The massive display of rhythm instruments that occupy the center of the stage belongs to him. His range varies from the drums, tumba, congas, madol and even the African Djembe and Doumbek.
In his own words: "I born for music and can devote everything for sake of it". Aurko's Rhythm backbone met Supratik in a rehearsal room, (Biplab those days was accompanying Legendary Manna Dey in Tabla & Dholak at various concerts) where they were both preparing for Airtels " Tribute to Legends Concert " - in Aid of Gujrat Earth Quake victims hosted by Amin Sayani. Supratik instantly became a fan of his majic fingers, the little master of rhythm percussion, a tiger on-stage and there was no looking back for this piller of Aurko from then.
He is ever hungry for Live shows. Even after playing 14 days non stop across cities, he would come and ask "Whats next?". He is someone who truly enjoys doing what he does the best.
